Trying something new.

So, there are two things that I've been wanting to do for a while; lose some weight and start a blog. I figured, why not combine both things, and maybe it will help me be more successful at both.

So last night I attended my very first weight watchers meeting with my mom and my sister. I had done weight watchers online about 2 years ago with great success, but over the past year my eating (and drinking) habits have been less than healthy, so here I am starting over.

My hopes with this blog are to chronicle my weight loss progress, and share some tips for what works for me and what doesn't. So stay tuned, there will be more to come soon!
